Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely seal the box or mailer before attaching the return label.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the items.
